We are seeking an energetic Inside Sales and Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, generating new business opportunities through outbound calling, and providing outstanding service. Your proactive communication skills and sales expertise will drive growth while ensuring customer satisfaction in every interaction.
Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls and emails to address customer questions, requests, and issues
- Promote customer satisfaction by converting incoming customer calls into booked service appointments
- Engage with prospective and existing clients via warm calling, and outbound calls to promote our plumbing services and solutions
- Utilize ServiceTitan to track leads, manage customer information, and follow up on sales opportunities
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries promptly, resolving issues efficiently, and maintaining positive relationships
- Collaborate with the marketing team to support promotional campaigns and outreach initiatives
- Maintain detailed records of all interactions, sales activities, and customer feedback for continuous improvement
- Processing phone payments, applying to Invoices, and managing overdue accounts
- Research, prepare, submit, and track permit applications with local municipalities
- Supporting additional record-keeping tasks as needed
Qualifications
- Proven experience in inside sales and customer service
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals confidently
- Familiarity with CRM software like ServiceTitan or similar platforms
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
- Great phone voice – cheerful and well spoken
- Knowledge of technical sales or experience in the plumbing or service industry is a plus
- Ability to conduct outbound calling campaigns effectively while maintaining professionalism
- Demonstrated ability to develop relationships through warm calling and business development efforts
PAY & PERKS
- Full-Time Role (primary schedule Monday – Friday with occasional Saturday coverage
- Hourly base pay plus uncapped sales bonus/commission
